Hello from Montana!
Yesterday, I said goodbye to La Grande, Oregon, and headed east towards Wisconsin. So far, traveling has gone smoothly. I ventured north towards Spokane, WA, and then travelled across and Idaho and Montana. Today, I drove from Missoula to Miles City. Talk about a long day of the Rocky Mountains! It was all gorgeous scenery.

This morning, I stopped at the Grant-Kohrs Ranch National Historic Site. It was neat to learn about the history of cattle ranching in Montana. The site has the original house from the 1800’s and other ranch buildings. They even still have cattle on the site. It was fun to get another stamp in my National Park Passport!

I’m excited for tomorrow because I’m visiting the Theodore Roosevelt National Park in North Dakota! Also, it’ll be a lighter driving day as I’m planning on staying in Bismark. On Monday, I’ll be venturing towards St. Paul, MN, and staying with my friend Carissa! I haven’t seen her since April – it’ll be nice to catch-up with her. On Tuesday morning, I’ll drive the last hour and a half to my parents’s house to stay with my family for a while. So excited to see everyone!!
